4 weeks and 3 days...cramping

It's been 5 years since I've been pregnant. Now I'm 4 weeks and 3 days pregnant and confirm by my doctor and BETA testing, was normal.
I've been having weird cramps on and off this week. I'm so scared of a miscarriage. Is cramping normal on and off? What does it mean?
