Any low HCG level successes?

I went into the ER last night because of brown discharge turning into red spotting. Still spotting with no clots or cramps. A little bit of lower back pain. They did an ultrasound and marked me at 6 weeks (although the app said exactly 7) based on the crown to rump measuring at 3.1mm. They didn’t find a heartbeat but said this could be because it is too early. When doing my HCG levels they came back at 1023. I know this is low for 6 weeks. I have my next ultrasound scheduled a week from today. The bleeding has stopped for now and still having my sore breasts (which was the only symptom I have ever had). I’m just wondering if anyone has gone through with a successful pregnancy after having a low HCG amount?
