Did you stop drinking soda while pregnant ?

I drink my one cup of coffee and have a soda in the day, every day. Sometimes I have a 12oz can and then if we go out to eat I’ll have a 32oz soda. Did it with all my pregnancy’s and this is my 4th. Haven’t had any issues at all but of course everyone is different.

While I was pregnant, I stopped all drinks with caffeine and tried to stick to lighter soda, if I had any. Things like sprite (I did half sprite half lemonade since I like the carbonation), squirter. And the occasional root beer. 
Mostly I switched to carbonated water since they have zero sugar, but I notice not a lot of people are into that. I drank mostly water but it's for sure a difficult switch to make.

Before I got pregnant I was doing the keto diet so honestly I had not been drinking soda unless diet randomly. But now I am drinking it I crave it. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I know my baby will be ok. I drank it all my other pregnancy too. This is my 4th baby.

I wasn’t much of a soda drinker to begin with (2-3 single serve bottles a week). When I got pregnant I started drinking more soda (didn’t know I was pregnant). Then when I found out I cut back down to 2-3 a week. I tried to not drink it at all but yeah…. That didn’t happen. Now that I gave birth soda doesn’t taste the same to me so I don’t drink it anymore.

We don't buy soda for the house but if I'm at a party or something and they have some I definitely have a can lol

Nope. Drank soda as often as i did before pregnancy. Only thing I stopped having was energy drinks
