PREGNANT AFTER 7 YEARS OF INFERTILITY

Where do I begin? I'm 34 years of age. Was diagnosed with Pcos and was also diagnosed with infertility for the past +7 years. I have never been pregnant before. I tried 2 cycles on Clomid but never responded. Then my new Obgyn switched me to Letrozole 2.5mg and Metformin. This cycle I also had an hsg procedure which confirmed that all my tubes were clear. I started having positive opks since 9dpo until today at 16dpo when I decided to take a hpt and it was positive. I have never thought that this miracle could happen to me. God is still able. Today is 16dpo and I took this test in the evening.
