Covid while pregnant. Supplements?

Has anyone else's doctor put them on a TON of supplements for a couple weeks after having covid? Just tested positive yesterday but I've been sick for a few days. Anyway my doctor wants me to take a ridiculous amount of supplements and medications. Just curious if other doctors are doing the same

All I got told was take Tylenol as needed, drink lots of water, rest as much as possible and continue taking prenatal, that's it

I’m 33 weeks and just tested positive yesterday. Hubby and my 3 year old both positive too. I was already exhausted in this pregnancy prior to Covid and now I am completely taken out.  Doctor told me to continue taking my prenatals and to take Tylenol every 6 hours for fever and body aches.

I found out i was pregnant and had Covid the same time back in January. My doctor had me start baby aspirin right away to prevent blood clots. I had to take aspirin with my son due to high blood pressure so I’d probably be on it this pregnancy regardless. By May, I had been sick 5 other times (not sure if it’s due to long covid or if it was due to weakened immune system from pregnancy in general and a 2 year old in daycare) so my doctor had me start taking zinc and quercetin. Since adding those in I’ve only been sick once. 
I take other supplements/medications as well in addition to my prenatal but those aren’t because of having Covid

Just aspirin. I did have one doctor say magnesium but I didn’t add it because it wasn’t my OB.

I was told to take vitamin c until I deliver when I caught Covid 2 weeks ago.

Medications- no 
Covid is wrecking havoc on the immune cell causing this over active immune response that won’t shut off. This is the reason most people have long-haul covid (prolonged symptoms). So yes, I see a lot of people on multiple supplements after having Covid

No… I was only told to take my prenatal and also I could take baby aspirin for blood clots. Nothing else was suggested
