Stimulate a newborn

Any advice how to stimulate a newborn? My baby is 7 days old and she’s sleeping all day with just a few minutes of open eyes and falls asleep during and immediately after feeding. We have a crinkle toy and books we read to her. Anything else that has worked for anyone?
