I have created a childbirth education series that goes over ALLLL the normal weird things that happen to your body during pregnancy, how to prepare for birth, labor and what happens, how you and your partner can be active participants in your labor, postpartum, new born care and more! It's a series geared toward natural childbirth but with evidence based education emphasized on hospital interventions so you can be prepared with a hospital birth as well! 💗 I also have a FREE breastfeeding education series under my breastfeeding support section on my website that will set you up for success there!
