Torn between 2 daycares

My 14mo just started daycare this week at this place that seem good and is 10mins from my house.

I’m working from home and 21 weeks pregnant and really wants her to go to daycare before baby 2 arrives.

My sister has been sending her 2 kids to this different daycare that seems amazing and I definitely trust cause Ive been there multiple times to pick up her kids when she couldn’t. Thing is its like 20-30mins away with traffic. We also get really bad winters that can be hard to drive in sometimes.

I would love to send my daughter there but it seems too far…. My gut is kinda telling to send her there as well… idk

It would be a big detour for husband to do drop off in his way to work as well….
