Dizzy/ fainting spells
Has anyone had any dizzy/fainting spells? I'm 9wks and today was the second day I had a dizzy spell, but today I passed out in public. It was very scary. Dr said can happen in first trimester. Any tips on how to stop fainting/ dizziness?
