Toddler is constantly ignoring me

My son is 2 and blatantly ignores me 9/10 times I talk to him, I’ll say something and he will look at me and just not respond or he’ll not even acknowledge I’m talking to him, like I have to repeat myself 7/8 times before he even looks up, it’s driving me insane. He wanted lunch so I made it, told him it’s ready, had to say it 12 times before he listened to me, and now he won’t eat it. On top of this he is in my feet every second of the day, no matter what, we will sit and play for 3 hours straight I get up to pee and he’s right infront of me and he won’t walk with me he just stands there, so I’ll go around him and he’ll do it again, it’s worse when I try to clean up, he stands in my feet every second of it, I’ll move from one room to the next and he’ll stand in the doorway blocking me so I’ll move to the side and he’ll do it too so I can’t get in, I’m exhausted with it. I can’t move for him, he is just in my feet constantly, he fusses when we play and wants to move to the next toy very fast so I’ll put it away so we aren’t falling over toys and he’ll go on a meltdown screaming and drag everything all over the floor. He’s started doing it with his food too, as soon as I make it he throws it across the floor, I’m absolutely exhausted, I’m at a total loss with him, I’m a single mom so I’m completely alone no help at all and feel like I’m battling with him every day for basic things. He just does the polar opposite of what I say, and ignores me completely when I talk to him. I am exhausted
