Covid struck our house 😞

Myself and my 5 month old officially got covid. Although I’m feeling a little better she has a fever that keeps lingering. I’ve done cool baths, Tylenol, stripping her down to her just her diaper, we’ve been to the er. You name it. We seem to be at a stand still between 101-102. We got lucky and it broke twice and dropped to 99 but then within a few hours we’re right back to square one. This is the first she’s been sick and it’s breaking my heart. Anyone have any advice for sick kiddos? This is my first and I’m having a rough time and feeling overwhelmed while also being sick.
