Husband quitting job

My husband wants to quit his job because he’s feeling burnt out and wants to start school. In 6 months he’ll have a job lined up with his dad doing something he would actually like to do. So basically I would go full time at $15 an hour and he stays home with our 2 kids. We would be so broke. Like no money. And he thinks it’s a good idea?!? I feel bad that he’s struggling but like we have 2 kids to take care of…I’m just struggling with this. I’m not sure how to approach him about it without making him shut down and feel bad. Any advice?!?
