40 weeks today & no baby yet

Anyone else in same boat as me? I have felt some mucus lost this week but nothing big! I had mild cramps for three nights in a row that last 2 hours or so until i fall asleep! My hands are so numb from carpal tunnel pain & i wake up in pain/ loss of sensation in my hands! Acid reflux has gotten worse since last week & i feel like i am in bathroom after every meal! I can’t take it anymore, i hate to complain because it is such a life changing experience but i am so done!!!
