Miles circuit

Have any of you tried the miles circuit? I’m due next week Wednesday 9/14 and thought I’d give it a go. There’s so many comments on YouTube vids saying it’s broken waters and such at the final leg of pregnancy. I wanna try it again now that I know I’m dilated to a 3. Im actually convinced it has helped me get to a 3 cause last week 8/29 my cervix was “feeling like pudding” but no dilation. Lol 😆 got my membranes swept yesterday, today I’m 39 weeks on the dot. Who’s doing this circuit with me?!😆 let’s get these babies rollin
