Tested positive at 31 days late

I finally got my positive! However, I’m super nervous. I’m 31 days late on my period. I had brown discharge around 11 days late and that lasted 3 days and still got negative tests up until last Tuesday, I tested and got a negative test again so I called my doctor and they prescribed a pill to start my flow, but I had a strange feeling about starting the pill, but tonight I decided to take 1 more test and if it was negative to take the pill and sure enough it’s a yes! Not only 1 test, but 2! I’m super excited, but also sooo anxious as I’ve miscarried before. Send good vibes!
