When was the first day of your last period? Count forward from there and that’s how far along you are. You’ll get a more accurate date when you have for first scan. Line darkness and even HCG level can’t tell you as there is too broad a rang of normal.

Go for a blood test. They'll measure your hcg levels and from that, can tell you how many weeks you are. You could also try a digital.
