No more tests 😕🥹

I just had my second baby boy in June. I got my tubes tied because we feel like our family is complete. But after peeing on sticks (HCG & opk) for 6 years every single day. Sometimes twice a day. I feel like I don’t know what to do. I knew it consumed my life. But I didn’t realize how obsessed with it I was. Even though I know I’ll never be pregnant I still find myself wondering by the pregnancy test isle wanting to buy one.

Anyone else? What’d you do that helped? I have absolutely no hobbies.
