Dairy free for baby milk supply?

Question

Anyone that had to go dairy free for their babes did you notice a difference in your supply ? I’m worried I go back to work in a couple weeks.  My breasts don’t feel full anymore which I know is normal as it regulates, but nervous about pumping enough.  Any suggestions ?

If you drink a lot of milk and you cut it out but don't replace it with other fluid you can see a drop, so just make sure that you are drinking lots of water. Other than that it shouldn't effect your supply.

What you eat doesn’t effect supply. Eating enough calories and drinking plenty of water help, but not the specific foods you eat.
It’s supply and demand. Once you start pumping while away from babe, make sure to pump every 2-3 hours. Be consistent. Have a realistic goal.
Babe only needs 1-1.25oz per hour. So if you pump every 3 hours, expect to pump 3-4oz total. 
Make sure the daycare pacefeeds bottles and never gives a bottle larger than 4oz. 
The more you express, the more you make.

I went dairy free around 5 weeks and didn't notice a difference in supply. I switched to dairy free alternatives for things I was eating/drinking regularly.
