Can this be colic?

My baby is 5 weeks old and the last couple of days she has been SUPER fussy. More so during the day than at night. She will not sleep in her bassinet. She’ll fall asleep and stay asleep on me but when I transfer her to her bassinet she’ll wake up screaming and crying and I’ll give her the soother and she’ll settle but a couple minutes later she’s screaming and crying again. This has been happening continuously. Sometimes she acts like she’s in pain but she’s been eating well, has plenty of wet diapers and pooping regularly. I’m so unsure of what to do, I’m getting frustrated.
