Quick question guys...
Past 2 months, I am not getting the peak or high lh, I am worried I am missing the actually time, don't know when to do it, I know it should be from 12 to 8, but the highest or the darkness was 0.33lh (last month) and 0.55lh (july).
Don't know what to do? Should I check every time I go pee? Or :((
Any suggestions please....
