I always thought it was baby kicking or jumping near my cervix.

Lightning crotch is when ya baby is head down & ready and u feel a sharp lightning feeling kinda in your pee hole (atleast that’s where I feel mine) it’s sharp and pretty painful. Baby jumps or puts a lot of pressure on your “area” that’s when u tend to get it.
