Ttc with fertility help

Can you guys help me with your opinion….this cycle dr told me I have responded well to the medication Femara(letrozole) and also trigger shot. I have 2 follicle on the right side and 2 on the left side. Dr said I have good chances this time, maybe twin if everything works out. What do you guys think ? Did anyone experience anything like this and had positive result ?

Had trigger shot on Wednesday, had intercourse on Monday and Wednesday today. Please share with me
