Is this insecure/wrong of me?

Husband currently has a job as a line cook making $17/hour.

We go to this weed dispensary a couple mins away from our house, and we saw they were hiring. For fun we looked it up online. We saw they offer $20/hr PLUS tips. They also apparently offer health insurance benefits.

Now my husband wants to apply. The only thing is, the entire store is filled with females. Idk why that makes me so uncomfortable. Every time we go there together there are all females working. It seems to be common at any dispo. I told him I feel weird about him being around stoner chicks all day. I also just recently found out I’m pregnant and don’t want to deal with that unnecessary stress. He keeps saying “I’m married, it shouldn’t matter if I’m around females all day” and it kills me. He says I’m stopping him from being happy and making good money. He assured me I can trust him. But I still don’t feel good about this. Before we got married, when we were still in our teens, he did cheat on me. We broke up for a while because of it, and then came back as adults and tried it out again. Ended up getting marrried and now have a baby on the way. I still sometimes think about the hurt he caused me when he cheated on me and I think I’m just trying to protect myself and our relationship from that ever happening again. :/ I feel bad like I am holding him back.. idk.. anyone have an opinion? Please be nice btw. You can say I’m being insecure or in the wrong without being rude. Thank you.
