Period sex gone wrong.

Last night my boyfriend was over and he asked me if my cycle ended. I told him that it pretty much is done because i was on my last day and wasn’t wearing a tampon. We had sex (it was dark in my room) and he turned on his flashlight to find something afterwards and MY GOD! BLOOD WAS EVERYWHERE! It was funny at first but then i could tell he was a little annoyed since it got on his white shirt. Then i felt embarrassed and wanted to climb into a hole and die. I asked if he was okay and he reassured me that he wasn’t mad he was just a bit shocked. (he has every right to be lol) If anyone has any similar experience with a funny period sex story please share so i do not feel as EMBARRASSED!!!
