High blood Pressure & pregnant ?

Hey everyone! I just found out I’m pregnant I’m 5weeks. But with my 2 year old at 37 weeks I started having high blood pressure and ever since I’ve been on Norvasc (high blood pressure medication). Im also plus size 260lbs, I just want to see if there’s any mommas out there who have high blood pressure and baby was fine ?  How was your pregnancy? 
I’m worried as it wasn’t planned; I was on my journey of losing weight (down 25lbs) now I feel like it’s going to be hard to keep the weight down but mostly worried about the baby.

I had preeclampsia at the end ofmy last pregnancy and baby was born at 36 weeks. I'm currently 20 weeks pregnant and taking labatadol twice a day and so far have no issues at all. And im current 340 so plus size too.

I see this is an old post but I’ve been taking BP pills for a few years. I got pregnant and my BP was totally fine with my regular meds.  I never got preeclampsia or had issues.  I had a very normal, healthy, absolutely perfect pregnancy. I was induced at 39 weeks bc of my history with high BP. My baby is 2 now and as you can see - she’s perfectly fine!

I had high BP my entire pregnancy and it never turned into preeclampsia, but I was put on blood pressure medication from the very beginning and monitored super closely and then at 35 weeks I was put on bedrest and then because my blood pressure spiked, I ended up delivering my son via C-section at 37 weeks and we were both perfectly fine.

I had preeclampsia with my first and had an emergency induction at 37 weeks. My baby was perfectly healthy and is now a sweet and wild almost two year old. I’m pregnant again and about 18 weeks. My doctor put me on baby aspirin this time around and so far no high BP reads and everything is looking healthy. I’m around 260 as well.
