Energy as a mom
What do you all do to be able to have enough energy to survive the day?? I be getting through my days but they just feel like such a drag and just thinking of everything I have to do makes me feel drained. I want to be able to just be able to do what I need to do but I just lag (mainly on house duties and my self care) because it feels too much. I know I have depression and my therapist has been suggesting anti-depressants which I think Im going to do (does anyone know if they actually help? ) but what else can I do? Do I need more vitamins/better diet? Exercise? What gets you through the day?
