New pregnancy?

’m not sure where to post so hope this is ok here. I had a chemical pregnancy 5 weeks ago. I got clear positives on 3 different brands day before AF then the next day I came on my period it lasted about 7-8 days heavier than normal. So 5 weeks later I am few days late on my period done 3 test two strip and one digital. Digital says positive and the strips are very faint lines one I did yesterday and one this morning. My question is could this be a new pregnancy or could this be showing up from my chemical last month? Would it even be possible to still have the hormone 5 weeks later? When I had a miscarriage at 8 weeks a few months ago my hcg went to 0 within 7 days. I don’t want to get my hopes up that this is new pregnancy.
