Is this normal?

I am almost 16 weeks pregnant with twins. The last couple of days I have had an overall weakness. Seems harder to breath and my resting heart rate is almost 100 bpm and when I do little task such as sweeping it reaches over 140-150 bpm and at some point I feel like I’m going to pass out. Is this normal with twins or should I be concerned?

I had this for a little bit with my son (singleton pregnancy) saw the doctor, was referred to a cardiologist, did testing and everything. They just said my heart was working to keep up with the demands of pregnancy and increased blood volume and to rest as much as I could. It eventually resolved on its own, but you have 3 circulatory systems you’re supporting right now, mama! Let the sweeping wait or ask for help until you’re all checked out and feeling better 💖
