Weird feeling in my stomach

Im not sure where to post this. I started having weird feeling in my stomach, more in the upper-middle abdomen. I'm not sure what was the cause of this. I also sometimes have this feeling that I want to throw up but I didn't. There are no pain only weird sensations like growling or pulling. It's really difficult to explain, it's my first time feeling this

I had 3 negative pregnancy tests, the last one was just 2 days ago(took it first thing in the morning). I also had periods since my last sex (June), I was on my 5th day of birth control at that time(first time using it) we did also a pull-out method. AF(arrival flow?) 11 days(based on this app).
