Can I go to the dentist?

I have a dental appointment on Monday and their paperwork always asks if I am or could be pregnant. I suppose I could be pregnant because my husband and I are actively trying, but I haven't even missed a period yet, and it's too early this cycle for implantation to have occurred.  In fact, I will only be a few days post ovulation at the time of the appointment. Definitely too early for a positive pregnancy test. Should I even bother saying anything to the dentist?
