3 year old night sweats

Has anyones child experienced sweating around neck and head whenever they are asleep. I know we can all experience sweating during sleep but I’ve always noticed my son who’s 3.5 clammy and sweaty when I check on him in the night.

He has started to get tired during the day which I found odd as he has dropped his nap some time ago. Today he didn’t ask for a nap but for the last 10 days he has become tired.

Hoping this is all just normal.
