Can I go back to wearing tampons?

I gave birth via C-section exactly 9 weeks ago and this is my second period pp. can I wear tampons yet? I forgot to ask my doctor at my 6 week check up and he never mentioned it but everything was fine . I don’t see him again till end of November .

I had my okays at 4 weeks pp so I'm sure you would be fine if you got ok for other things

I always got okd at my 6 week appointment, as long as your not bleeding really heavy and clotting a lot you should be fine.
