early pregnancy cramps

i know everybody says cramps in early pregnancy is normal, but at what point are they not ? it literally feels like i have my period or am about to get it, which scares me because my period cramps are kinda intense. after having gone through 2 losses i get freaked out with every single cramp so i know i could just be reading too far into things but i’m honestly just so scared. what has been y’all’s experiences ? i only found out a couple days ago so i’m just really trying to not get my hopes up
