Nose bleeds

Can anyone tell me
If nose bleeding is a sign of pregnancy?
My period in a week
But today is my 3rd day of having heavy nose bleeds .. like totally out of the sudden my nose starts bleeding and it bleeds heavy then it just stops; making me soooo fatigue and dizzy the whole day
