OPK help
New to this tracking ovulation. Pretty sure opk was + yesterday, bbt up 97.6(+0.2), little cm. Today bbt up 97.7 (+0.3).
Glow says peak ovulation is today 22nd.
Was yesterday 21st (pic of opk) my peak ovulation? Do I need to keep testing opk? And what day do I count as Ovulation day to count DPO to test?
And how many days should I keep BD?
