Spotting

I have previous miscarriage history which has driven me insane considering I’m 10 weeks pregnant. I’m constantly nervous checking toilet paper to make sure I’m not bleeding.

Recently I’ve put toilet paper up my vagi** to check for any blood up there… which I’d assume can irritate the vag***?

It’s brown, small spotting… with little tints of pink but there’s no flowing blood. This started yesterday and I wanted to know if putting toilet paper up there to check caused the spotting? I’m done doing it as my vag**a is sensitive (first trimester) but I just wanted to check before I go to the er. Please don’t hate on me or anything, my anxiety got the best of me!
