Why is my EDD different?

My EDD based on my last LMP is 24 May, whilst my EDD based on my conception date is 3 June.
So based on my LMP, I'm 5 weeks and 4 days. And based on my conception date, I'm 4 weeks and 1 day.
Can someone explain please? Thank you!

Where are you getting the conception date from? Is it a guess or do you know the exact day you conceived? The EDD based off of LMP is going on the assumption you have a regular 28 day cycle & ovulate on the 14th day.

You have a longer cycle and ovulate later than day 14. Your doctor is most likely going to use the May 24th date unless you measure 6+ days different at your first scan. Due dates are just guesses no matter how you figure them 😊.

Go by LMP until doc tells otherwise.
It is depend ant on cycle lenght basically. You most likely have a long cycle.
