Help! Rash
My son has a rash all over his body and I don’t know what it is. I can’t get a picture of it right now but it’s a bunch of tiny r red dots all over on his front and back. From what I can tell it’s not on his face, arms or legs. He doesn’t seem to be feeling well or something and I don’t know if the rash could possibly be why or another symptom of what’s wrong. I feel so bad for him, he can’t sleep.
