High hcg??

Question

I feel like I’m crazy because I’m slightly concerned that my hcg is on the high side. At 4+6 (based on lmp), my numbers were 5564. Does this seem a little on the high side? Maybe I’m a little farther along than I thought??

Normal, my first blood test was at 5 weeks and it was over 77,000
I was scared I was having multiples 
But there’s only one thank goodness
