Pain in arms after vaginal delivery?

Is this normal? I was thinking maybe from an iv but pain is in both arms. The pain is in the area between shoulder and elbow💪🏽 emoji for reference. It’s so sore it’s so hard to lift somerhing light. Also my back is very sore as well. I can’t even reach behind my back to clip my own bra. Anyone else have this soreness? Know what is causing it?

My whole body hurt after. I pushed for 2 hours and had to use my arms to pull on the back of my legs. Didn’t hurt in the moment, but it was a pretty strenuous activity. Felt like I was hit by a bus the next day when the epidural wore off.

Your body just went through a “traumatic” event(sorry only word I can think of) it’s normal to have some aches n pains. Your body will get back to normal take a warm shower and take some pain relievers.
