Our son is having trouble sleeping at night. I see good reviews but has anyone use this?

Have you tried giving bananas and kiwis as a bedtime snack? These are great snacks to help the body produce the sleepy chemicals!
Have you tried a red nightlight on during bedtime routine/quiet time? Red light stimulates natural melatonin production.
Have you tried lavender (body wash, pillow spray, lotion, diffused)?

definitely!! although i just used the mommys bliss nighttime gripe water. my daughter slept through the night two weeks after we brought her home (although she was in the nicu for the first month of her life) but my fiancé and i credit this product so much. we also used a red night light, sound machine, lavender spray, established a nighttime bath routine with sleepy time wash, then gave her some gripe water if she was especially fussy. she gets so agitated at night because she’s so tired but won’t fall asleep. 1ml knocks her out and settles her tummy and fussiness within 30 minutes. mommys bliss is also pretty natural, it doesn’t have a lot of additives like some other brands do. it’s like chamomile tea for babies 🥰

I’ve tried this and didn’t see much of a difference 🤷🏼‍♀️ I quit using it.
