Weaning

My 11m old is waking up every 2 hours for the boob. She’s using me as a pacifier to sleep. This started about 2 months ago. I try to rub her back, comfort her, hold her to get her back to sleep because it’s so draining on me. I want to stop breast feeding at one year. I have no clue how to wean or how to stop these night feedings. I let her CIO for like 5 min and then give in with boob. Pls help!
