Overwhelmed but I want this to happen

I am 28 years old and I've decided to go back to school. An lpn program thats only 10 month but it's 4 days a week 8-2. I have a 3 year old and I work at a daycare she goes too and I've been here for a year and I am miserable. Beyond miserable even more so I barely get paid enough to pay bills was denied a raise after a year and completely treated like shit. I have other childcare options but I'm feeling scared on finding time to work. I at least need 25 hours a week and that's it. I only have to make this work for 10 months. I'm venting and feeling overwhelmed and miserable. Wanting to do better for me and my family. Any advice
