Anyone with SPD?

Question

Anyone dealing with SPD and knows some magical cures or tips to help? I’m in so much pain when I sent in a regular chair and then stand up to walk and it isn’t fun😭 I had it with my second pregnancy as well but not this early or severe. Any help is appreciated!

I had it with my son, but not until about 30 weeks. This time it started around 15 weeks.
I am doing physiotherapy, getting massages, but a pregnancy/belly belt seems to be doing the most to help. It essentially is pulling my pelvis back together. 
I find doing movements with my knees together helps a lot - things like rolling in bed, turning in a chair/out of the car, etc. 
Hope you get some relief. It’s hard 😭
