This is going to sound so stupid but

Kids birthday parties what is the protocol? My daughter will turn 4 and we want to invite her UPK class. Will parents just ditch their kids at the party or will they stay? Should i specify that we would like them to stay? We have not met any of the kids she goes to school with or their parents.

I should probably add there are alot of rednecks who dont know how to parent in my area which is why i asked
