Can I /Should I take plan b?

Question

I was ovulating Friday/Saturday. I took an ovulation test Saturday around 1pm and it was positive and at 9pm and it was negative. 
My husband and I had sex at around 1am and he finished inside me.
Can I still take Plan B?
I thought I was ready to get pregnant again but I personally don’t think I am. We had a miscarriage not long ago and I just don’t emotionally feel well yet. But of course this hit me after we finished.

No. There's no point. Plan B works by pushing out ovulation so far that the sperm won't be alive still by the time you ovulate, it doesn't work once you've had your LH surge. No stopping that train.

@Realist, this is from the Clearblue study. Note in the second highlighted section they specify that ovulation occurs within 48 hours of the INITIAL rise, IE the surge. The first highlighted section refers to the PEAK.

I have always heard conflicting information regarding plan b’s effectiveness after ovulation takes place. This is directly from the back of a plan b box.

Levonorgestrel can prevent the release of an egg, but it may also prevent fertilization or alter the uterine lining to make it unfavorable.
