Hi. I’m looking for a live in nanny in NJ. As of now I can only pay $400 weekly. I can pay more every 6 months or so as my salary increases. I’m a flight attendant. I’m trying to get ideas on what to do to keep a nanny and make the job more attractive to compensate for the low pay right now
