What do I do ? Please help!

I need all the tips I can get here . I was worried this was going to happen and it did. My daughter is almost 3 months old. I have been swaddling her with both arms in and she sleeps really good. she was only waking up one time at night and goes right back to sleep after her bottle. I know comes a time when I have to stop swaddling her and I read that it’s around 8 weeks or when she starts rolling over. Well, she started rolling over last night when I set her down to make her bottle so I know the time has come to ditch the swaddle 😫. However, she does not sleep well without her swaddle . It’s like she hates having both of her arms exposed and they just can’t seem to settle. She also still startles so that’s another reason. Last night when I stop swaddling her , she wouldn’t go back to sleep after bottle😫. I tried patting her , pacifier , white noise, but she kept kicking her legs and her arms wouldn’t relax. What do I do?😫😫😫😫
