Expressed milk gone bad?

So I pumped and kept it stored in the fridge. I don't leave it past 3 or 4 days!

Just went to see the milk to make sure I haven't left it longer than 4 days and noticed white flakes. I'm pretty sure these flakes are just the separated fat as it started going when I gently mixed the milk together.

However I did a quick sniff test as well as I noticed my bubbas gut has been playing up (she's been on the boob most of the time not bottle fed as thats just once a day for dad) and my expressed milk from 3 days ago smelt rank, so I chucked it. The one 2 days ago, one smelt okayish, just a slight odd smell and the other one smell like eggs. And the same with the pump yesterday.

My fridge is cold so I know it's not the temperature... but is it normal for your milk to smell like this? Is my breastmilk not good?

My diet is pretty good, I do have occasional teas and coffees but that's it🤣
