Breast pump while serving?

So I just got a part time job as a bartender/waitress at a very busy taphouse. My baby is 10 weeks old and is EBF for now. I have the elvie stride wearable pump that I was planning on using at work while working so that I don’t have to take time out of my shift to pump. Has anyone done this before? I know the law requires that I be allowed to pump but if you’ve ever worked in a restaurant most of the time management has a very “idgaf” attitude about family issues. I don’t want to give up breastfeeding completely yet even if I have to supplement a little with formula.

I had the Willow and I would say it would be very difficult. Not to mention, they looked like huge coconut boobs.

It sounds doable, but would be a ton of work, especially on busy nights when you're scrambling to tend to all your tables. 
I chose to combo feed my daughter so I didn't need to pump as often at work, so maybe that would work for you? I only pumped once every 4 hours (or as long as my boobs could comfortably last), but then exclusively breastfed my daughter whenever I wasn't at work. This meant that I sent some breastmilk bottles and some formula bottles to daycare with her, and it meant that she typically ate more frequently at night or while I was at home to keep my milk supply up. Maybe that would be more feasible?

I don’t think it’s covered by law if you have less than 50 employees. I would ask the manager if you would be able to pump but if not I would just pump while serving. Many people do it and who cares! Your baby needs food.
